The Dom Kölsch comes from the Dom-Brauerei GmbH, Köln.

The back label informs:
(The name obliged.
Dom (Cathedral) and Kölsch are for Kölner what Romeo and Julia was: a true heart matter. Who is called Dom Kölsch, arouses therefore quite special expectations. Our master brewers are conscious of this responsibility since generations. No miracle therefore, that our top fermented beer speciality is estimated far over the borders of the cathedral town.)

A Kölsch almost always comes from Köln. This here is called like the landmark of the city, whatever is represented in the label.
So beautiful the Kölner Dom (Dom = cathedral) is, so cumbersomely the ascent over endless stairs and so marvelous the view over the city and the Rhein is, so inexplicable and mysterious is the fascination and the enthusiasm of the Kölner for the Kölner Karneval (Cologne Carnival). And probably only an Kölner knows what the special attraction of a Kölsch is...

This Kölsch is pale golden in the colour, freshly in the taste, fine dry, fine spicy and very mild. The foam is very fine porous.
